Manchester United sealed a hard fought 2-0 victory, away at Falmer Stadium, in what became the last Premier League outing, following a difficult campaign.

Brighton had the better of Ten Hag’s men in the first-half, but failed to capitalise on their chances. At interval, Tony Bloom’s team had nothing to show from their dominance in the opening stages.

On the 73rd minute, Manchester United broke the deadlock when Diogo Dalot found the back of the net, following a long ball from Carlo Casemiro. The Portuguese international bagged two goals for the campaign, in what became a stellar season for the right-back.

The visitors picked up momentum in the later stages. Christian Eriksen and Rasmus Hojlund exchanged passes in the middle of the park, before the latter jinxed through the Brighton defense to seal a two goal lead for Manchester United.

The match finished at 0-2 to the visitors, courtesy to Dalot and Hojlund’s brace. According to Daily Mail, United goalkeeper Andre Onana admitted to a difficult season:
