Erik ten Hag is having a good start to his Manchester United career since arriving from Ajax. The Dutch international won Premier League Manager of the Month for September as reported by BBC.
He made six signings upon his arrival in England. This includes amongst others, Christian Eriksen, Tyrell Malacia, Martin Dubravka, Lisandro Martinez, Carlo Casemiro and Antony Santos.
The former Ajax coach had a difficult start after loosing the first two fixtures against Brighton & Hove Albion and Brentford respectively. This includes a 4-0 humiliation at Gtech Community Stadium.
Ten Hag made a huge turn around when Manchester United beat Liverpool at Old Trafford. This was followed by a 1-0 victory against Southampton.
The Red Devils continued with their form when they sealed a victory against Leicester City at King Power Stadium, courtesy to a brace by Jadon Sancho.
The boss led his team to an impressive win against the Gunners at Old Trafford. This became one of the famous victories for the gaffer.
A victory at Arsenal was then followed by a comfortable win against Sheriff Tiranspol before the international break.
Erik ten Hag is living up to his expectations at Manchester United. The club will now face Manchester City on Sunday and a win against the Citizens could make a big statement for ten Hag.
