Manchester United officially launched the third kit for 2022/23 on the clubs website – ManUtd.com. The kit is launched five days after project restart.
Manchester United and Addidas launched the kit ahead of the away fixture against Brentford. Manchester United confirmed in the club’s website that the team will wear the newly designed third kit will on Saturday in a clash against Brentford.
Addidas presented a green jersey with zig-zag collars which was inspired by the 1990’s Zeitgeist fashion culture. The jersey has a combination of hi-vis yellow base color and yellow applications and logos.
Inego Turner, the Design Durector at Addidas stated:
“A convergence of cultural icons remixed and recoded, the 22/23 third kit takes its inspiration from the iconic Manchester United graphic identity, using geometric shapes and patterns.
“We’ve blended these with a new interpretation of a classic club colour for a fresh, eye-catching kit.”
All eyes will be on the eye-catching Manchester United kit ahead of the fixture against Brentford.
