Manchester United players displayed a lackluster performance during a 6-3 thumping by Manchester City. Manchester United players seemed to have accepted a defeat from the first minute based on their body language.

In the second-half, Antony scored a brace from outside the box to make it 4-1. Thereafter Haaland completed his hatrick on the day. On the 72nd minute, Phil Foden also scored his third goal to make it 6-1.

Manchester United scored two late goals through Anthony Martial which were merely consolations. The match ended at 6-3 to Manchester City.
