According to The Athletic, when asked about the availability of Martial, Erik ten Hag said: “It’s difficult to say when I talk about Luke Shaw and Aaron [Wan-Bissaka], but Anthony Martial will not be involved on Sunday”.
Victor Lindelof returned to training after his long absence following an injury. The Swedish international last appeared in a red shirt during pre-season.
